But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

Do you love feeling the Presence of the Holy Spirit in your life? For some, it may have been as long ago as your salvation when you felt such peace, contentment, joy, love, etc. That was the moment the Holy Spirit moved in and you felt His “fruit” in your life.

As we learn and grow to be like Jesus, we will exhibit more of the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. After all Jesus promised He would send One like Himself to be with us and in us.

As we surrender ourselves to Him to fill us, He gradually changes us into the likeness of Jesus, Who was full of the Holy Spirit (Luke 4:1). That is, after all, the Father’s purpose for us (Romans 8:29).
