I do not claim to have all the answers. But this I know…God is faithful. When we place our trust in Him, through His Son Jesus Christ … all our trust … He takes it upon Himself to meet our need, whatever it is. That doesn’t mean He gives us everything we want. It doesn’t even mean He gives us everything we think we need. But in His infinite wisdom, He supplies what we really need, and what will bring us true peace and deep-down joy – peace and joy that can ride the waves and even tsunamis of life with serenity. Sometimes we may “bob under”, especially when we allow our eyes to look to something or someone else. But we will always regain our balance when we depend on Him. This is His promise to those who trust and follow Him:

“I leave my peace with you. I give my peace to you. I do not give it to you as the world does. Do not let your hearts be troubled. And do not be afraid.”
